Se acoper\u0103 bolul cu folie alimentar\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 la marinat \u00een frigider pentru cel pu\u021bin 2 ore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se pre\u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te gr\u0103tarul sau focul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se \u00eenfig buc\u0103\u021belele de carne de miel pe be\u021bi\u0219oarele de frigarui.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se pr\u0103jesc frigaruile la gr\u0103tar sau pe foc timp de 10-15 minute pe fiecare parte, sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd carnea este bine g\u0103tit\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se servesc frigaruile fierbin\u021bi, cu garnitura preferat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sfaturi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pentru a ob\u021bine frigarui mai suculente, pute\u021bi folosi carne de miel cu gr\u0103sime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 nu ave\u021bi gr\u0103tar, pute\u021bi pr\u0103ji frigaruile \u0219i \u00eentr-o tigaie cu pu\u021bin ulei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru a da un gust mai aparte frigaruilor, pute\u021bi ad\u0103uga \u00een marinad\u0103 \u0219i alte condimente, cum ar fi rozmarin, boia de ardei dulce sau oregano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frig\u0103ruile de miel pot fi servite cu diverse garnituri, cum ar fi salat\u0103 de legume, cartofi pr\u0103ji\u021bi, m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103 sau p\u00e2ine pr\u0103jit\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Varianta cu legume:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dori\u021bi, pute\u021bi ad\u0103uga la frigaruile de miel \u0219i legume, cum ar fi ardei gras, ceap\u0103, ciuperci sau ro\u0219ii.
